Small Gear is a Key Item in Bug Fables. It is used in conjunction with the Medium Gear and the Big Gear to unlock the path to Zommoth.
How to Acquire[]
It is found in the top right most room from the central area in Upper Snakemouth. It is behind a door opened by depressing the correct buttons using frozen zombiants.
