Items

Items are consumables that may be used in battle. Items that heal HP or TP may also be used outside of battle. There are three main categories of items.

Items can be found in the over world, bought from shops, or given by NPCs.

Purchasable Items

Purchasable Items are items that can be bought from a vendor. Some of them may also be obtained through other means.

Key Items

Key Items are important items that cannot be used in battles. Often, they are tied to story related events or quests.

Package	A package from Eetl. You shouldn't see what's inside.	Received from Eetl for the quest Parts Delivery.
Overdue Book	This book's been sitting on the shelf too long. It must be returned to the library!	Received from Ali for the quest Book Return!.
Dotted Ball	Ball dropped by Tod from the Ant Plaza, give it back to him!	Found behind a branch in the path to the Golden Path. Returned to Tod for the quest Lost Toy.
Map of Bugaria	A map of the land of Bugaria! Check it to see where you've explored.	Given by Queen Elizant the II after finishing Chapter 1. Can be checked to see your current location and read details of other previously visited locations.
Platinum Card	Card showing you're a platinum member of the Bank of Bugaria, increases rate of interest.	Obtained from the Bank of Bugaria after accruing a balance of 500 berries or more. Increases bi-hourly interest rate from 3% to 6%.
Bad Book	A really badly written book, why would anyone want this?	Obtained in Ant City, Jaune's Room, and Wizard Tower. Used in Awful's Beauty quest.
Mothiva Doll	A doll of Mothiva, the super star! Maybe someone lost it?	Located in Golden Settlement inside the large pumpkin house in the back right corner. Used for the quest Lost Item.
Moon Offering	An offering for Goddess Venus shaped like the moon. It feels cold to the touch.	Acquired in the Golden Settlement eating competition between Leif, Chubee and Zasp.
Sun Offering	An offering for Goddess Venus shaped like the sun. It feels warm to the touch.	Acquired during the Golden Settlement festival for completing The Mayor's whack-a-worm game with at least 15 points.
Wooden Crank	A wooden crank. It should fit in a slot somewhere to control nearby mechanisms.	Three are obtained in Golden Hills. One is obtained in the right half of golden hills and another is obtained in the lower of the two rooms accessible from the room left of the hub area. The third is obtained in the second half of the area in the room to the right of the main gate. One is used to access the upper room in the left half of Golden Hills and the second is used in the central room to access the right lift. The third is used in the same room in which it is obtained.
Big Crank Top Half	Half of a big wooden crank. You should look for the other half!	Obtained from the upper right room in Golden Hills. One of two pieces needed to operate the lift in the central area.
Big Crank Bottom Half	Half of a big wooden crank. You should look for the other half!	Obtained in the upper room accessed from the left half of Golden Hills. One of two pieces needed to operate the lift in the central area.
Big Crank	A larger than average wooden crank. It should fit somewhere in the Golden Hills.	Obtained automatically once both the top and bottom halves of the big crank have been collected. Used to operate the lift in the central area.
Top Hat	A Top Hat found in the Golden Settlement. Maybe someone lost it?	Obtained from behind a bush next to the Aphid Pen in Golden Settlement. Used for the quest Dropped my Hat!
Bed Bug	The cute bed bug Morty lent you. It looks so peaceful while sleeping... A short nap won't hurt.	Obtained from Morty in Defiant Root. Allows the party to rest anywhere one time. The first rental is free, but all future rentals are 30 berries.
Factory Pass	This keycard can open doors in the Honey Factory. Whoever lost this probably got fired.	Obtained in the Overseer's office in the Honey Factory. Used to open a door in the first room of the Honey Factory.
Blank Card	A card given to you by Carmina. It should allow you to face the Card Masters of Bugaria.	Obtained by defeating Carmina in a game of Spy Cards
1-Suit Card	Proof that you defeated one of the Card Masters of Bugaria! There's three left!	Obtained by defeating one of the Card Masters.
2-Suit Card	Proof that you defeated two of the Card Masters of Bugaria! Still two left!	Obtained by defeating two of the Card Masters.
3-Suit Card	Proof that you defeated three of the Card Masters of Bugaria! Only one left!	Obtained by defeating three of the Card Masters.
Full Suit Card	This card proves you defeated the Card Masters of Bugaria! Use it to access Metal Island's Tournament!	Obtained by defeating the four Card Masters. Allows participation in the Metal Island Tournament for the quest Card Masters of Bugaria.
Flower Key	This is the key to the red house in the Ant City main plaza, bought from Beette at a discount!	Purchased for 150 berries from Beette in the Hive's residential area. Grants access to the red house in Ant City's plaza.
Mysterious Piece		Given by Neo in the Anthill Palace throne room after Chapter 3.
Rusty Key	An old, rusty key. It seems to unlock a crooked place.	Purchased for 30 berries in Defiant Root's well. Unlocks the Bandit Hideout in the Lost Sands.
Lore Book	A chunky book with the Ant Crest on its cover. Probably belongs in the Ant Palace's library.	Collectible used for Lost Books quest. See Lore Books for complete details.
Stolen Silk	This precious silk was stolen by bandits. We should find its rightful owner.	Found in the Bandit Hideout in the Lost Sands. Used for Stolen Item quest.
Orange Horn	A broken, orange beetle horn. It is unusually sturdy, and radiates hubris.	Found in the Bandit Hideout in the Lost Sands. Used for Huuuuuuuuuu...!!! quest.
Bond Berry	This rare berry somehow strengthens the bonds between bugs. Permanently increases the party's TP by 1.	Permanently increases the party's total TP by 1. Obtained from: Purchased from the rare berry merchant in Defiant Root for 100 berries. Found in the Bandit Hideout in the Lost Sands. Received as the reward for completing all of the Bounty Quests.
Heart Berry	This rare berry brings good health when eaten. Permanently increases an ally's HP by 1.	Permanently increases one party member's total HP by 1. Obtained from: Purchased from the rare berry merchant in Defiant Root for 100 berries. Received as a reward in the Lost Item quest. Received for getting 25 points in the repeatable Whack-A-Worm minigame. Received from Samira after purchasing all of the songs available in the game. Received as the 50 Discoveries reward for Explorers' Fact Hunt.
