Items

Items are consumables that may be used in battle. Items that heal HP or TP may also be used outside of battle. There are three main categories of items.

Items can be found in the over world, bought from shops, given by NPCs, and can drop after battle.

Recipes

A recipe is an item that can be obtained through the cooking of an item or a combination of items. Chefs, including Fry, Kut, and Crisbee, will cook items for free. There is also a microwave, found on the second floor of the Termite Inn, capable of the same feat.

After Chapter 6, on Metal Island, Yel will sell recipes for 5 Berries each. Recipes bought this way count towards the achievement Cooking Maestro. Yel will not sell recipes for Mistake, Big Mistake, Queen's Dinner, Tangy Carpaccio, or Crisbee Donut.
