Elias can be found on the Bee Kingdom Hive's balcony. He made a telescope that he calls the "Eliascope". The telescope can be used to view various locations in Bugaria from afar.
Trivia
- On the far right side of the Eliascope's view, a mysterious silhouette can be seen occasionally passing through the grass.
- In Patton's Hut, one of the receipts has "Elias - Dr. Patton's Patent Pending... Anti-Obsfuscation Ocular Lens." written on it.
