Charmy[1] is a beetle found in the back of Defiant Root's market going past Shay and Xic. She will cast a charm on Team Snakemouth in exchange for berries. Charms grant various effects during battle. The charms can temporarily increase ATK or DEF, recover HP or TP, and boost Exploration Points by 50%.
She is the sibling of the fortune teller who sets up shop in the Golden Settlement after the Golden Festival.[1]

Mechanics[]
There are five different charms that all have a 5.5% chance of activating under certain conditions. After a charm is activated, there is a random 3 to 8 turn cooldown before another can activate. The end of a turn is counted after every enemy has acted. Once a battle is finished, the cooldown is removed.
