Carmina is a character first found in the Underground Tavern. She specializes in Spy Cards, and introduces it to the Team when first talked to. She can later be found on Metal Island, in the tournament arena.
Appearance and Characteristics
Carmina is a red and black ant. She has red heart and diamond shapes on her abdomen, and space shape on her back, She wears a mask, but her eyebrows are visible.
As a regular gambler, Carmina is often proud and emotional. She easily gets angry when others win over him, or get into her private area, and is often rude in these cases.
Battle Stats
The team fights her when they run into her by digging through the crack in the tournament arena and reach her private room. In this battle she has average stats comparing to other mini-bosses fought at the same time (assuming the player is at the end of Chapter 3, the earliest time for the player to be able to enter the tournament), but her attacks are random. Her card toss attack inflicts a random status effect if not blocked, and her dice attack will deal a fixed amount of damage from 1 to 6 (regardless of the player's defense or game modes!!) depending on its result. This can be quite problematic especially for low-HP players because the random status attack is likely to give something other than poison which can undermine the player's plan of using the Poison Strat to defeat her, and the randomized and uncontrollable dice can be quite annoying if you have a very unfortunate HP when hit by it. If the player is prepared well enough, however, she isn't too hard to deal with.
